We plan our restock date pending availability by the labels. We are also kept up to date on new, exciting lineups to add to our collection. We are actively seeking to expand our services to promising and interested labels.

. Hi, I'd like to purchase one of your tee shirts but the size I'm looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

That depends on the product availability and general demand. If the product's response is good, we will normally place our request to our sources prior our next restock. For limited runs as set by the labels themselves, we will indicate them clearly on the product pages. For discontinued products, we will remove them from our product pages promptly to avoid confusion. Restocked items will be updated on our website once we get them.

At lleitmotif, we try our best to offer items that are little distinct from the usual fare. While we do not purport to limit our product quantity to create artificial demand or exclusivity, we tend to look forward to new products so as to keep things fresh.

Upon choosing Internet/ATM Bank Transfer as your payment option, you can use either our POSB saving account number, or our Standard Chartered account number to transfer your payment once your order is confirmed. Payment has to be made within 3 days (inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) once the order is confirmed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

We cannot ship your order until we have received your payment in full. Kindly check with your local bank for the respective bank administrative charge and re-transfer the balance to us should such discrepancies occur.

Yes we do. After placing your order, We will then get back to you via email with details on overseas shipping costs + handling fees. All correspondence will be conducted using email. . What are the arrangements for delivery of the product(s) within Singapore?

We provide free shipping using our local courier service, SingPost. Please note that we do not bear responsibilities for damages incurred during shipping as this is not within our control. However, if you opt for registered mail (additional fee required), your parcel is insured for up to an amount as set by Singapore Post. Kindly refer to the SingPost website for more details and charges.

. Will my orders be insured?

lleitmotif strongly recommend Registered mail as a tracking number will be provided and the parcel will be insured for up to a value of SGD$68.00(at time of writing) per delivery.

We hereby hope you understand that as there is no tracking number for Non-registered mail, it is not possible for us to trace your order. Buyer will have to bear the consequences of lost parcel, even thou the possibility is extremely low from past experience.

The delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days for orders within Singapore, according to SingPost. For overseas packages, we will provide you with the estimated delivery time along with shipping details by email.

We normally place our products neatly in a clear carrier bag along with our name card. We may include freebies or other cool stuff.

. It's been over a week and I've yet to received my products, what's up?

In the event of a missing mail/parcel sent by registered mail, we will return the similar item or refund minus the shipping & handling charges back to you. For un-insured packages however, there is little we can do. Please let us know if such a problem should occur.

Sorry, we do not take responsibility for any damages to item(s) during normal mail delivery. Rest assured that all our packages are thoroughly checked for zero-defects and completeness before they are shipped out.

If you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, you can ship it back to us within 3 days. Items must be returned in its original packing, not opened or used. Buyer pays for all shipping & handling costs back to lleitmotif. Kindly notify us at [email protected] before sending back the items. In the event that we are not satisfied with the returned products, we will deliver it back at your own cost.
